Scott Jeffrey Podell is nothing more than a drug dealing con artist. The list of people he has ripped off through his various scams and schemes is quite long.  He is a very good talker and can BS his way into many different social networks where he preys upon anyone with money.  Scott J Podell has been arrested before in the State of California for a violent felony so one must be careful when calling him out on his BS because he has a tendency to lose his temper during one of his rants about how his rich and powerful "Uncle Mike", an attorney based in NYC,  is going to sue anyone Scott tells him to.  Since just about EVERYTHING Scott Podell says is a lie, we will choose not to name his "Uncle Michael" since he is most likely lying about his willingness to help his degenerate lying scheming and scamming nephew.  

Scott Podell is your typical name dropping Calabasas High School wanna-be rich kid.  He claims he is friends with rich and famous people.  Anyone who has met Scott Podell surely had several names dropped on them in order to establish some sort of credibility before he devises his scheme to defraud you.  The funny thing is a simple phone call to any one of these people he claims are his "good friends" reveals the truth - ANYONE THAT TRULY KNOWS SCOTT PODELL WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HIM.  

Scott Podell claims to have connections in all types of industries. In reality he uses other people's connections in order to chase the money trail so he can eventually steal their money.

Scott Podell claims to own various companies.  In one of his recent schemes, he convinced a wealthy girl to invest in a Medical Marijuana company that he claims he had ownership interest in.  After Scott Jeffrey Podell received the money for the investment, all of a sudden he moved his girlfriend into a new apartment, lavished her with gifts, and began bragging to his friends about how much money he was making....  When the investor began asking him for the documentation related to their investment, Mr. Podell would get angry and begin threatening the investor by stating that he would release the investor's personal information to various people and even created an entire lie about being "threatened", a typical move meant to deflect from the inquiry into the apparent misuse of funds.  The investor contacted the company that Mr. Podell claims he invested the money into - turns out SCOTT J PODELL never made the investment.  In fact, there was no agreement in place and not one dollar changed hands.  SCOTT PODELL LIED, SCHEMED, and DEFRAUDED this investor who is now pursuing criminal and civil charges against Mr. Podell that will HOPEFULLY put him away behind bars where he belongs. 

Scott Podell will run to the police and file a false claim against anyone.  In street terminology he is a RAT and a SNITCH.

Scott Podell has ripped off and owes A LOT of people money.  He scammed Brody Jenner out of at least $10,000 after setting up a whole scam that had Brody appear in Cabo Mexico for a special event. Of course, Brody showed up but was never paid. 

Scott Podell has ripped off nearly all of his friends.  He owes at least 4 different people well over $100,000 which he stole from various schemes.  

NEVER LEND SCOTT PODELL MONEY - YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN.

Scott Podell also writes BAD CHECKS.  He has written bad checks in BOTH California and New York and will most likely have to face fraud charges for knowingly writing checks from a corporation that he dissolved AFTER he wrote the checks.

Scott Podell's primary source of income is from Distributing Marijuana. Scott distributes Marijuana coast to coast in violation of Federal Laws and has been arrested several times for it according to himself! Funny thing is he never seems to spend much time in jail which basically would leave one to assume he is a confidential informant or turning other people in to avoid jail - which would sound about par for his course. 

Scott Podell uses his "Uncle Mike" as a weapon against anyone that he feels threatened by.  

Scott Podell claims to have a trust fund.  This is also most likely a lie.  Aside from his "rich and powerful Uncle Mike", his family is lower middle class from a suburb of New Jersey.  Scott most likely got his dilusional sense of worth from the big talking BS artists out in LA where he attended Calabasas High School.  Since Scott is basically a skinny little geek he has to pretend to be rich and have connections so people will pay attention to him.  Of course he also uses all of this big talk about money and connections to set someone up for his next con. 

BEWARE OF DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH SCOTT JEFFREY PODELL.  HE WILL LIE, STEAL, CHEAT, MANIPULATE, CON, and SCAM ANYONE - even his own family!!!!
