Total and complete "time suck" (look up the definition - should have his picture by and in it). Solicits, bombards and harasses you before and after hours, day and night, including weekends and holidays, with endless, bottomless telephone calls, text messages, and e-mails. Authorizes, instructs and beseeches you to start working both for him and on his behalf immediately; asking, pleading with you to drop everything else on your plate.

Compliments your time, help, advise and communication; repeatedly promises, at a minimum, both to reimburse you promptly and compensate you going forward, then refuses to do so. In other words, squeezes you like a lemon; then, once he has squeezed you dry, throws you into the garbage like a peel. Taunts you by openly confessing his default, admits he screwed you over, shows his gratitude by personally insulting you (just like the unprofessional, juvenile ingrate he is), dares you to try collecting from him individually and/or his employer(s).

Scott Steinberg is one of the many who are growing in numbers. The breed of person that will smile to you in person, act civilly and polite. But as soon as he scurries off to his office he will do everything in his power to try to screw you over and stab you in the back. Do not do business with this person if you come across him.

The other report is more than accurate. It's an exact representation of his character. I couldn't do better or add much, just reinforcing the fact that the report is legitimate.
