I purchased a bed on ebay from MR. scott on september the 15th of 08. I used the buy it now option, the total came to about 450 with shipping and handeling. To start off my horrible situation, mr. scott tells me before i purchase the bed it takes him about 4-6 weeks to make the bed. Ok thats not too bad so i think i could deal with that. The first e-mail i get from him is that he wants to refund my paypal account and then have me rebuy the bed thru googles pay system. I told him NO that i trust paypal and I dont want to do that. THAT SHOULD OF BEEN MY FIRST RED FLAG! But anyways to make a long story short I was supposed to recieve my bed in about november and it is now FEB 21st and I still have no bed!! mr. scott is either a con artist or the WORST businessman I have ever met! THis is what he said in regards to asking him why he wouldnt take paypal payments.

Paypal has a tendency to freeze accounts for various reasons. They like to freeze mine simply because the timeframe on the beds. They do this even when no one complains etc mainly because you have 20 days to file a claim in paypal after that you can't file a claim. So since my beds take 4-6 weeks they tend to freeze it.

I used to use paypal only and at one point had over 10 thousand in there and they froze it until I shipped out 4 beds that were ordered most recently. The money in the account I used thru my paypal debit card to buy materials etc so it really put me in a bind couldn't use the money inthere to buy the materials to build th beds they told me to ship. It was a catch 22

That's why I don't like ot use paypal. As a matter of fact they did it recently again but I don't keep much in there now

I use google checkout now which offers similar security as paypal but allows for my time frame

Ebay won't allow me to advertise I accept google checkout because it is paypals competition and paypal is owned by ebay

But googe checkout does offer similar security

THIS IS ALL TOTAL BULLS**T!!! MR. scott finally gave me his phone number after i had been bugging him about it forever. The funny thing is that he NEVER answers! I have SERIOUSLY called mr. scott 30 times or more, he has answered ONE TIME!!!! I have sent him about 20 e-mails, it takes him atleast 4 to 5 days to respond each one, and everytime he responds he is making up story as to why the bed is not here. I told mr.scott if I recieved my bed by this friday the 20th of feb,I would leave him good feedback and forget about all the problems and time it has taken him, BUT NO, he wont answer or respond to my e-mails or phone calls. I am now taking action, I know there is probably alot more people then just me waiting on there non existant bed!

SO anyone that has been wronged by him please contact me at (((REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)))hotmail.com, I am contacting BBB, ebay, paypal, and going to move forward with small claims court. WE NEED TO WORK TOGETHER TO NOT LET THIS COWARD RUN AWAY WITH OUR MONEY!! I have every e-mail that he has sent to me,they are all bulls**t reasons as to why the bed is taking so long,and I am fed up. PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP!
