This company was recommended by HomeAdvisors.com as a licensed, professional company.The work quality was amateurish, electrical work was dangerous. They used a two conductor wire where three was required on a water heater timer, the electrical panel was left unmarked as to which breaker went where.
Plumbing repairs were ll done with Shark bite joints that leaked. I had to replace all of their work with sweated joints and NEW shark bite connectors. Some of the connectors were used, not new.
I checked with the City of Poughkeepsie for license information on Scrubs LLC. Neither Scrubs LLC or Errol Frank were listed as licensed electricians. HomeAdvisors.com indicates that they vet all companies, apparently not this one. Work by unlicensed electricians can be lethal, but HomeAdvisors.com will take no action to delist them until they receive several negative reports. Perhaps they are waiting for their first electroction, then they might take logical action.

Their work done at my residence was never inspected, permits were never pulled at the respective town building permit offices. At the time of their work, they were NOT on the list of licensed electricians or plumbers. Their work was so shody, leaks were all over the show, used fittings were installed.
Would anyone in their right mind ask these shoddy, unlicensed people back to create more havoc? BBB should have contacted the City of Poughkeepsie, NY for the list of licensed electricians. They were not on the list when I checked after they created a mess of the electrical panel and didn't install a simple water heater timer with proper wiring. They NEVER asked to come back to "repair or correct" their shoddy, unprofessional work.
They are now attempting to create facts that never existed. Ask them to produce their professional electrician licenses, liability insurance policy during the period that the work was performed. Verify all!
I suggest that consumers steer clear of this group.
