Sean at Less EMF puts out all types of products to protect against EMF.  He has much to say and if you believe his products work, guess what, order one, then get it home and test it with the appropriate meters and you will find they don't work as advertised.

Its bad enough to pay for the shipping back to return it.  But then when it is returned, Sean then tell you about the restocking fee.  After letting Sean know it did not work, he charged it anyways.

I have filed a complaint on many agency levels.  Its not alot of money, its the principal.  This guy knew it did not work and he felt the need to take the money anyways!

This is what you call crooked, no honor, no ethics, and no moral fiber, which puts him in the same category as a common criminal. 

Sean presents like he knows what he is talking about, and the website looks legit, but try the product and good luck!

If anyone else has a problem with this company in the past or in the future, feel free to contact for class action litigation for fraud and misrepresentation.

Not even close to blocking WiFi like advertised

The multimeters I used, and I have two of them do not show a decrease anywhere near even 20%.

You took my money, and it does not do as advertised. The amount of money is not an issue to me, its that it did not work, I told you that, and you continued to take the money.

Only one was opened, and it was packaged in the flimsy zip lock bag with folded directions and put back as you sent it.

How do you take 24 dollars for accepting it back?  It wasn't like you had to repackage anything, and for restocking, how hard was it to throw them back in the box with the rest of your stock?

You see, people have a brain, and you insult them with taking money that you do not deserve.  You are still fighting over the money and if you need it that bad, then at least make a product that works!

Its a farady cage that is made of a material did not work.  I am letting everyone now this!

I understand that you are not pleased that we have a restocking fee.   Please note that our restocking fee is posted on our website here: lessemf. com / aboutus.html#return with a link to that location from both our home page and our shopping cart:       Regarding the function of the Signal Tamer product, I am surprised by your comment that you found it did not work as advertised. Because you did not specify which part of the advertisement you felt it did not meet, nor how you determined that it did not meet it, it is difficult for us to know where the problem lies.   I can assure you that when tested on a wifi router with a proper RF meter, while controlling for background radiation, you will see that 90-95% reduction claimed. In fact, I tested the returned items and found this to be the case. I wish you had contacted us before returning so we could have guided you on proper testing technique.   We appreciate feedback from our customers, it helps us to improve. And if a product does not perform as claimed, we take that very seriously. We have been in business for 21 years and stand behind every product. At this point, I see that you have already publicly posted negative comments about our company and our product. You have a right to do so, but to be fair, only for comments which are true.   I would be happy to help you understand how to properly do an RF shielding test, or discuss our restocking policy, or any other issue.
