Sears Hardware Appliance Patchouge NY Sears Patchouge NY Manager cursed me out. Won't take a return of item. Said store was going out of business. RUDE Patchogue, New York

When I attempted to return an item, the lady employee was extremely rude, refused to assist me in return process, and cussed me out upon leaving.

Asked for the manager, the lady then told me "she was the manager" and to "get the F--K out of the store. This was followed by "you F--kin B*tch from her. She had no sears i.d. nor wearing clothing resembling any sears employee.

Next day returned to same sears store, greeted by very nice man "Steven" whom was polite and helpful with the product return. Expressed prior issue with him regarding unpleasant experience I had.

Steven further stated the following; Lady employee was "patricia his tools manager", not actual store manager. Store manager never in anymore as store looking to close soon for good. Lots of problems in this store and nobody does their job or cares for this place. That he was assulted by manager "gabe in appliances" during the summer and was thrown off of the store truck. Reported incident but nothing ever done. "gabe" makes him change the commission peoples sales i.d. number on the register to "gabes i.d.number" to steal the commissions.

My suggestion "DON'T EVER PATRONIZE THIS SEARS STORE" Corporate management allowed this to happen????
