On October 15, 2006 we went to Sears Photo Studio at 3111 E. Colonial Dr in Orlando, Florida for taken picture our family.
We paid for this was $130.83

We told them make 2 copy of each picture, 1 for us and 1 for my mom.
But when we come to pick up, they gave to us about 8 or 9 copies of each picture.

We were unhappy with their mistake and explain to them we only need 2 copy of each picture. But they said they couldnt do anything.

2 weeks later, we came back and give them a change that we will take some pictures look good with quality, and pay for what we take, the rest will be refund to my credit. Even we won't take the discount. They still refuse to work that way.
So we went home without our pictures.
We dont want to do any business with them any more and ask for full refund. But they refuse the refund.

We was try many times to contact them by phone about this problem and we got the respond unprofessional and unrespected. Even the manager hung up the phone on me.

Then, we try with customer service in many months to solve this problem, but they give us very, very hard time and take time and ignore this.

We are very patient for this problem and now are 8 months past; we still didnt get the full refund yet.

This is the true nightmare and unacceptable for consumer.
Today is June 13, 07. On next week, I will go to sue them.

It would be helpful if what you wrote made sense. You might try retyping it, take your time and try to write it so people can understand.

YOU TOOK THEM HOME

AUTHOR: April - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, June 18, 2007

First, You are not entitled a refund for the portraits because you took them home. You can get UP TO 50% of the purchase price back if you return ALL of the product. The reason for the policy is simple. You took them home and could have ILLEGALLY COPIED them into your computer. Whether or not you actually have done this, there is still the possiblity and there is no way to prove to Sears Portrait Studio that you have not duplicated the portraits without the Copywrite release of Professional images that you must purchase in order to legally reproduce the portraits.

Second, I am not sure what the complaint is about. I would think that having more than less is better. If you did not want the extra sheets that were printed for whatever reason, why did you take them home and not leave them in the studio?
