I bought a refrigerator tagged new from Sears Outlet. When it was delivered it was completely dead. We went to the store to get a replacement, they wouldn't give the same product but would give a scaled down product instead. So we asked for refund. They would just refund the refrigerator price NOT the cost of delivery ($65). Sears Outlet is a complete rip-off. Unless you buy their service protection, there is absolutely no protection for you as a buyer. Be very waried when you step into the Sears Outlet stores.

Andy - Sears Outlet uses a third party contract delivery service which YOU, the customer engage and pay directly for delivery.  Sears personnel have nothing to do with delivery.  You got a business card and called the delivery guys and arranged for the delivery.  These were not Sears employees and you know it.  Shocking Sears didn't pay you back.

Sears Outlet in Shrewsbury marks nothing as "New" on the orange sales sticker for their protection.  Every single item in the store is marked "used" AND "damaged" regardless of the product's history.  I do feel bad for you, but at least tell the truth.
