Sear's Problem scheduling repair even though I have a contract with them Hoffman Estates Illinois

I have a contract with Sears on my dryer. When it needed a repair, they made me wait 12 days for an appointment. They said the repair person would be here between 8am - 12pm. I made several phone calls telling them that I had to leave my house by 12, so I needed someone there before then.

By 11:30, no one had come. I got on the phone with a representative, and then with her supervisor, and I was told that the repairman was late. I told them that I would be out between 12:00 and 1:15, and that the repairman had to come after that. I was told that the repairman would get there when he got there, and if I wasn't home I would have to make another appointment. In other words, after making me wait 12 days for an appointment and not showing up when they said they would, they refused to accomodate me.
