Sears.com False Advertising False advertising Online South Carolina

I bought this computer bundle from sears.com , I appeared with a flat screen on the picture , but it was not mentioned on the description , I called customer service to make sure it was included and the lady said "yes".

when the pc arrived the screen was not included , I called they said it was mixed up that it was on its way.
I called again to get a tracking number and they said it was on its way but they couldn't give me a tracking number since there was an order already in place.

Later in the week I received an e-mail telling me that the bundle didn't include the screen . They have pics of all the computers they sell without screens because they come with out screen. This bundle's picture does have an screen , the customer service rep confirmed that .

Customer service sucks at sears , you should buy somewhere else.
