Secret Cash Card.com took money out with out my knowdlege you apply for a loan but they debit your account for a card to shop wiyhout you knowing Internet

I went online to apply for a loan. I was denided. But what they do is some how they draft your account for a card that you don't know that, that is happen and when u email they say it a over site on your part, But there is not any where on that site that u are appling for a card.

Than u call all the numbers and they tell you to email them. and when u do get the email back and you fill out refund they have on there that it was a misstake on my pary but it is not. the only way you knoew it is when your accout is debit check 9999 they did it twice the first time it cost me 32.00 and the next time they got 49.95. And they don't reveser the charges they will mail a check take up to 10 days to get it so far I have not recieve it back yet.
