Secret Hair Extensions Serrena Adams and Candy White Fraudulent adverstising and products, NOT 100% human hair, synthetic blend Spring Texas

 Spent $1000s for what was claimed to be 100% human hair.  Hair never performed as human.  Constantly had matting and tangles.  Synthetic Blend.  Service refused to make things right.  Had to go to another service to have removed within 3 months even though they claimed to last a year.  Constantly cancelled appointments. Wanted to charge $1per extension to have removed and $60/hour to remove tangle that would have never occurred if product was in fact 100% human.  Servtice refused to work with me to have it tested to see if where they were getting the product from gave them a bad batch.  This service does not know the meaning of the customer service, or the customer is always right choosing to believe that they could do no wrong.  Will never use this service again.  Also reporting to Better Business Bureau and contacting attorney to sue for Fraud.
