How else was I to see what was inside & get a packing slip? They informed me that they were going to charge my credit card the full amount of the product - $170! I would have never BOUGHT this for that amount without having tried it first! The customer service lady was super rude & not helpful at all.

I ordered this product online (as it was advertised as a 15 day trial).  When I received the package, I opened to see what was in it.  They shipped two full bottles of the product.  I called to return it but was rudely told that because I had opened it, I couldn't.  How else was I to see what was in the package & get the packing slip?

I was also told that I was going to be charged the full amount of the product!  I told them to cancel any further shipments and that this was NOT right!  Now, I have to worry about my credit card to make sure that it isn't charged for any further shipments!

This is a SCAM!!!
