This company has to many issues to address so I will go over the main issues.

(1)They quote interest rates and new payment.  Most companies will do a similar tactic to entice people into "buying" by saying things like "in or around this payment".  Secure Doc Prep on the other tells people a new payment down to the cents.

The only people who can quote interest rates and payments are Loan Officers assisting you with a Refinance.  They also qoute a success rate of 99% and that is also illegal unless you can prove it, and they can't.

(2)They use a form of marketing known as "Fax Blasting" ALSO very illegal.  The way they get around it being illegal you ask? by an opt in process.  The same way they still collect up front fees for "Loan Restructuring"  by charging you for a forensic doc audit and then doing the Modification for "Free"

If you are thinking of doing business with them.  RUN!

Note:

Forensic audits are used as a sales technique and a way to get around laws.  Salesmen are told to express the importance of a doc audit when in fact they make no difference and RARELY are actually presented to the lender.

Secure Doc Prep rebuttal

AUTHOR: reinhard schoenhoefer - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 18, 2010

Readers of this posting should be aware of a few things. First, the author of this post is a disgruntled ex-employee that worked for us less than 45 days. If you notice he  signed in as "Anonymous". He did this to hide his identity. It seems to us that if a client had a complaint they would want their identity known, but this person does not because it opens him up to a lawsuit.

The Anonymous author claims that we illegally quote mortgage rates. What he failed to point out is that we have a full service real estate company registered with the Department of Real Estate. Plus, we have a broker on file and I personally am a licensed real estate agent. In layman terms, we CAN quote rates.

What our clients pay for is a forensic audit, we then do their loan restructuring free of charge. We even do charity work for clients that cannot afford to pay for a forensic audit. And yes, we can prove every bit of this. Think of it like this. You go to buy tires for your car and the store has a special going where you purchase the first three tires and the fourth tire is free. Is this illegal? Of course not. Any store or company can give away for free anything they like.

Other than this disgruntled ex-employee who hides like a coward behind his "Anonymous" posting, our company has never had a single complaint from any client. Zero complaints with the Department of Real Estate, The Better Business Bureau, The Attorney Generals office, the Federal Trade Commission, or our local Chamber of Commerce. The reason this ex-emplyee did not file a complait with any of these ligitimate companies, is because he can not do it anonymously.

Lastly, Secure Doc Prep has helped many people to save their homes, lower their interest rates, and even get some of them a principle reduction. We are the only company to offer live references. We are the only company in our field to offer a 100% money back gaurantee. And we are the only company to give our clients our personal cell phone numbers. No other company does this, but we do.

We don't have to hide behind anonymous names. My name is Reinhard Schoenhoefer and you can call me direct at 949-242-9277.

We can prove everything posted here. The Anonymous poster has no proof.
