Dear Frank,

I haven't contacted you for some time. A NY attorney advised not to make waves or go public. I'm in a heck of a mess now. Things have gotten worse. I wish I would have not listened to him. Several more forged, notarized signatures have now turned up (along w/the initial one for 1,000,000.00)

My atty. would not call witnesses, depositions, fingerprints, etc. and told me to just forget about all the other docs. and to focus on the 1,000,000.00 suit. He also has been advising me to forget about what my partner did to me and that he possibly forged the docs., that all that was not of importance.

I finally sent him a nice, but persistant letter to pursue items & he resigned from my case. Attachment is of my letter to him & his to me. Can you help in any way? My atty. had been talking & became friendly w/the x-partner who signed my name. I now expect him to represent him. What a mess.

I don't know how much of this case that you remember. it was back in nov. 2003 when I'd prev. contacted you. My e-mail has changed. (e-mail address removed by ripoffreport.com). I have a cell phone, but other phone was cut off. I'm at the library using computer & I can't scan in other info. I'll have to send it all to you. Please, I beg you, can you still help me?

thank you,
Barbara

Forgery is illegal in the US

AUTHOR: S.n. - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 06, 2004

I am not an attorney, but if your signature was forged on any legal document, I would turn the information over to your District Attorney's office. Forgery is illegal in the US last I heard. It has nothing to do with a private attorney and private law suit. Forgery is breaking the law and if this has been done, the DA should have been notified at once.
