If you purchase one of the vouchers for service, you are required to do a background check per company standards. Seems plausible. At that time they take all of your information, drivers license, credit card etc. Even if you never use your voucher based on the background check since they take your Credit Card they start billing you. It is billed thru a 3rd Party billing company called OBT. Not mentioning anything on your statement about seekingsitters.

They bill without your written consent until you catch that this has been done, and when you call to tell them you have never used services they not only refuse to cancel your membership, they switch you to a per use billing option even after the so called 12 months has passed. They claim that you agreed when you do the background check even thiugh noone tells you this is what to happen. When you try to get your money back they refuse. They belittle you for not catching it sooner and place the blame on you.

Even though you have never actually used the voucher, they claim you sign up with the background check and you get caught up in this vicious circle. If this has happened to you please call your States Attorney and file a complaint. You can also file with the FBI an IL-3 for interstate Wire Fraud. This needs power in numbers. The company admitted when you purchase these voucher's and the individual Franchisee gets puchased by corporate your information is given to Corporate and they do what they want per their billing dept. BEWARE THIS IS A KNOWN PROBLEM AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LEVEL!!
