I purchased a 2018 Hyundai Elantra, on January 24, 2018, in which, the salesman Chris Caruso, told me the car has Android Auto Play and the car does not (Witness- available). When I hooked up my phone to the vehicle the on February 20,2018 I realized the car doesn't have Android Auto Play, after I Google the internet for help. I truly feel I was mislead about the vehicle features, and dissatisfied with service of this salesman Chris Caruso via sales tactics. On February 21, 2018 I went to the dealership about my concerns on the vehicle and explained to the manager (name unknown at this time) and he told me that I had the vehicle more than 30 days and I replied,

I bought the car 1/24/2018. I was then told to come back in 2 hours to talk to the owner Jerry Seidel, when I got there I was approached by Finance Manager Matt Weber and I explained my issues with the disscrepencies of both contracts of my trade in and new vehicle, and he told me, that the Federal Tax increases every year that's why there's a difference in the finance contracts that I'm gonna pay more. Now, on my trade-in finance car contact the interest rate is 4.59% and on the new car interest rate is 4.79% (what does the federal tax increase have to do with the contract percentage?).

I then was taking to the office of the owner Jerry Seidel and talked to him about the disscrepencies in both contracts, and what the Finance Manager said about the federal tax increase, and why my car doesn't have the Android Auto Play and Jerry told me, he would get me in the car I need to be in with the Android Auto Play, that the salesman was only trying to get me in a car of my intended monthly payment range and he's sorry for the inconvenience for me to come in tomorrow and he will get me at my intended monthly payment range with the Android Auto Play feature. I then came to the dealership with my mother Jeanette Copeland to proceed on a the paperwork,

vehicle exchange and Jerry told me I will need $2500 down and my payment will be $273 per month I was mislead into buying this vehicle, in which, I requested the Android Auto Play feature and the car does not have this feature. And I was told that my extended warranty coverage payment will be added to the trade in value, in which it was not in the contract, just a trade in value of the car, contract binding. I was never refunded my extended warranty either. I would like the intended vehicle they was going to give to me, in which, I requested and at the same monthly payment or close to that.

Of course there are laws regardling the purchase.

One of the biggest legal items is the legally binding contract you signed that defined all of the terms of the deal.

Another legal item in the sale is that there is no "Cooling Off" period. That is the second you sign the contract, unless you have something in writing that says you can return it for a period of time, that car is yours.

So enjoy your new car.

Sorry but this is nothing more than buyers remorse.

Your primary complaint as to the reason you purchased the car was the Android Autoplay. But this one feature that was the primary reason you purchasd the car is one you did not test out during the test drive, it was also a feature that took you just about a month to even try and hook up. 

As for the financing, all of the terms are disclosed on the contract BEFORE you sign. If you didn't like it, or didn't like their BS reason for the Interest Rate you could have gotten up and walked out without completing the deal.

You say you want the vehicle they intended to give to you...you got it and have been driving it for about the last month. As for the payment, again you got the payment you agreed to when you signed the contract.
