DOUBLE SPEAK ALL THE WAY......

They love to get your business. "Oh, we will have no problem replacing your home Air Conditioner"......Guess what? Previous work orders (from a license contractor) voids the coverage. Other issues that, had I read the policy are not covered. Oh, the best line "Well its a very old unit and is rusted" YES!!! Its an AC that sat on the roof for 30 years. So, yes my fault I should have read every line. So buyer beware.

It took weeks of my calling them to find the status. Forget about them calling you.

AND now, the coverage no longer exist in my area!!! Really?
