SEO ZEN SEO ZEN - ALEX CASS - RENAGED ON AGREED UPON REFUND Internet

Bought software. Site indicates: "You have a full 30-days to test out SEO ZEN and put it through it's paces before making a final decision on your purchase."

So I tried it - didn't like it - and asked for a refund. They said no - they said I didn't read ALL of the details of the "30 day guarantee" which is that "non-valid refund claims include no longer wanting or using the product"

Although how you get to use it for 30 days "before making a final decision" is actually impossible. Because if you are not satisfied you can't actually get a refund.

Confusing? No - downright misleading and deceptive.

Anyway after a number of emails back and for with Matthew Heller he finally agrees and says they will issue a refund

"Hey Len, I just wanted to follow up and formally apologize. I had some time to step away from all the crap going on and take a walk, clearing my head. I went back and read our conversation and was really ashamed at how I handled it, as I never handle conversations and customers like this. I just think with our server crashing, our login issues and so on I let my stress control my responses and that was wrong. This got dragged out way to long and was honestly a travesty in customer service. I went ahead and shot you that refund and you are more then welcome to keep the product, doing with it what you want. You are also more then welcome to write any reviews as you seem fit. Just felt like I should apologize for this. Thanks"

Two days later there is no refund so I email back and get this response from Alex Cass

"Hey Len, thank you for contacting The SEO Zen Support Team! Sadly, after reviewing your request, I am going to have to deny your refund as it did not fall within the justifiable refund reasons on our 30 day guarantee....."

Right back where we started from.

So if you decide to buy this software - understand that the 30 day guarantee is bogus. If you are not satisfied with the software you can't get a refund.

IMHO - the sales pitch is deliberately and intentionally deceptive.
