They provide clicks for your website as a marketing tool, i decided to try them out, i purchased credits and the next day found out i could not use them, i contacted Josh and simply asked i would like a refund for the unused credits, he did not respond, i waited several days then opended up a dispute, he responded with you can use them for what you purchased them for, so once again i gave him the benefit and tried to use the credits and selected severla websites i would like to recive clicks for, i submitted the information and it went into an approval stage.... its been now 6 days and still sitting on this stage and nothing has been done, so now once again, i paid for a service that nothing has been done. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS CHEAT.

Alen Kevorkian, owner of LiveWebMedia,

You first signed up with us on July 31, 2017. You immediately reached out to inform us that you were unable to create a campaign, which we resolved by explaining that URLs had to start with HTTP or HTTPS, based on your website configuration.

After resolving that, you said "It looks like this will NOT work for us. Please re-fund the $97.00" on August 1, 2017. Then on August 2, 2017 you opened a dispute on PayPal. Contrary to your claim above of "waiting several days", you waited 23 hours and 37 minutes.

Fast forward to the end of August, you decided to renew on August 31, 2017 and immediately opened yet another dispute, giving you another 4000 free credits. Now by this point, you have recieved $194 in unpaid services that you disputed.

Looking at your account now, the orders you created are actually complete. They are as follows:

Order #1423 [internet marketing service los angeles] [livewebmedia.com] from akevorkian: 120.00% complete
Order #1424 [local seo services los angeles] [livewebmedia.com] from akevorkian: 102.00% complete
Order #1425 [online marketing los angeles] [livewebmedia.com] from akevorkian: 106.00% complete
Order #1426 [los angeles web design] [livewebmedia.com] from akevorkian: 118.00% complete

As you can see, all 5 of them are complete, and even over-delivered. To call us a cheat, is unfair and incorrect.

Our customer satisfaction among agencies who use us is quite high and would love to bring your satisfaction to similar levels. Although your orders have been complete and you haven't paid for them, if you believe there's anything else I can possibly do for you Alen or anyone at the Live Web Media office, don't hesitate to reach out.
