I was a customer of Switchisp for a long time. They are a dial up isp that had a so called payment plan that paid you for signing people up with their service. I never saw any money, but that's not the bad part. I canceled my servrice with them 6 months ago and called every month since then , not to mention sent numerous emails to their so called billing support department, and they continue to STEAL money from my checking account monthly. Just today another draft of 14.90 was taken from my checking account. My bank says I will have to change my account number to stop it. I have had my account number for literally years and it will take me 3 or 4 months to straighten all my business out. What a Pain. I called the company again today and they have changed their name to YellowRibbonisp. Don't be fooled, they had no idea what was going on, and didn't even know who they worked for.They claimed not to even know who owned the company. The girl, Jennifer, I spoke with gave me a number to call the main office , and it didn't even work. Oh, and their Billing Department phone number, well, it's an answering machine that no one answers. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. That's All I can say about it. If anyone is interested in filing a Class Action Lawsuit, let me know. I am sure I AM NOT THEIR ONLY VICTIM.
