The other day there was an issue my computer and I was not able to operate it as I am used to. I was not able to figure out what exactly was the issue and it was annoying to say the least. My router was working fine and when i tried to browse a few sites they took ages to open. I called my local support but they said they will take a look once I log a ticket and that the process will take upto 48 hours which was too long.

I thought an online support would be a quicker way to resolve the issue. I searched with "online computer help" and came across this provide Seven Monies but the problem was they were located in Asia and I know there have been lot of technical support scams going around of all kinds and that people get conned often. So I was hesitant initially but as the number was toll free I decided to check them out. The executive on phone sounded polite and helpful. I checked their company details- she said they are an independent service provider and not affiliated with anyone. She sounded honest and I dont think there was any misrepresentation or concealment of facts. I asked them about charges, the Seven Monies Tech executive said I could pay them once the issue is resolved, if not I would not pay a dime. That sounded like a fair call.

She needed access to my system to detect the problem. I was just hoping it does not turn out to be something major because I was not in position to spend a fortune on it. The executive took her own sweet time while I cooked myself a sumptuous lunch. I thought she was having problem diagnosing the problem. Then she said they have their own software called 7 duster that could clean up my PC inside out and would speed it up in a jiffy. Once done with it, I checked my system, it certainly was working much faster than before. I was satisfied my issue was resolved very cheaply. I thought they did a good job in helping me out and resolving the issue.
