Shai Homes is the latest name for Howard and Courtney Kirk.

They have a long, long list of people they have scammed out of MILLIONS of dollars, and then quickly file bankruptcy, only to build their own homes, duplexes and quadraplexes and put them in family trust accounts. I hope you do not use them and fall victim like so many of us.

There are too many good builders out there. Do NOT believe them, Do NOT trust them, and certainly Do NOT do business with them.
