Shanna Hair Care Paid 400 dollars for dread extensions and they are falling out after a week and then has the nerve to want to charge me more for each extension to be fixed Internet

I used her hair car services that are out of her house not in a salon to get dread extensions put in my hair. She charged me 400 dollars for used hair and after a week they are falling out. I called her several times to tell her and after a few days she responed by saying that she charges $5 for each dread to get fixed. How can extension that were just put in and cost $ 400 fall out?
