Shapes of Us Anna Claire Shop Never Received Merchandise Internet

I ordered a ring from Shapes of Us and never received it.  Two weeks after ordering it, I emailed the company and was given an order number.  The next day I received another email saying the item had shipped and was given a tracking number. 

It has been two weeks since those emails (one month in all), and I still haven't received the ring.  When I attempt to track the package I see a message that says, "Label created, not yet in system."

I emailed again, but now the emails are being returned with a message that the email address does not exist.  I have called and there is a message that says no one is available to answer the phone.  I have also used the contact form on the webiste and sent messages through Facebook Messenger (per the suggesstion on the voicemail).  No one has returned my messages.  The Facebook link is:  https://www.facebook.com/shapesofus1/
