Shelly Crotty, Shelly Landers Ruffino, Shelly Ruffino, is active again. She's has been illegally breeding dogs in a small trailer she and her common law husband Thomas Ruffino renting in Willis TX. She also got involve in an identity theft and credit card abuse. She befrendet an old lady whom she met or encoutered in a doctors office. She offered the old lady a puppy for sale, taking the old ladys credit card information, she has then abused the old ladys card. She has been evicted from the trailer they have been renting for violating lease agreement and for the none payment of utility cost and failure to pay pet deposit. She also have been involve in several vehickle accident with in a short period of time. Seems to be she and her husband are trying to defraud the insurance company by initiating an accident. They are also suing a pharmaceutical company to be able to get a million dollar settlement. These couple are desparate of making big money. Shelly has also been banned at several gasoline station in Willis. The Piney gasoline station in Calvary road and the Love gasoline station in Long Street road Willis TX, for soliciting money from the clients of these gasoline stations. She was also solicciting money from their neighbors where they used to live, at 8842 Old Creek Street Willis TX, her husband was also offering fake jewelries for sale.
