I found a company that gets business to business customers together. I won't mention their name since I am working with them to get some resolution.
Their main focus is China. I registered and started looking at some of the products in each of the different companies listed.

In particular, I was interested in 08 mainstream's New Iphone 3Gs. Even though the prices were quite high on EBAY, the price was about 70% of what EBAY had. Even at that, it was $250 USD to have shipped. I was thinking if this initial buy worked out, I would be purchasing many items not even seen here in the U.S. I was very excited about the prospects.

During the presale correspondence, the company rep "Cherry" emailed me every day and maybe twice trying to get me to buy this phone. Hear is some of her email to me.

Sounded good. When I received the phone, it was wrapped up in a beat up box, with a couple of pieces of broken styraphome thrown in the box. The box that the actual phone came in did not have the words on it as seen on their web site indicating " Iphone 3Gs". Inside the phone only came with a quick start guide foldout, and no stylus to write on the phone. The first picture I tried to save said their was not enough memory. I tried to find out how much memory was in the phone and buy all indications, it only has less than one meg. I wanted a 16 gig and the phone says on the back, 8 gig. I am very dissapointed.

I guess we really don't appreciate the support we have in the U.S. with the BBB and others who champion fair and honest trade.
