We were looking for a Shih Tzu puppy and found one on line that fit our needs.  After many emails back and forth over a two day window we were able to get to the bank and then Western Union tahe funds to this person.  We sent $500.00 for the puppy and another $150.00 for the shipping.  then we got an email from the supposed shipper wanting $998.00 for Pet Insurance or the puppy would not get on the plane.  WE had a flight number and info for th eshipping company.  Shecking into the flight number it is from Philly to San Francesco, not Dallas to Seattle.  The man has since blocked us from the phone number we had, and the shipping company has blocked us.  The phone number we were calling belongs to a woman in Dallas according to Reverse phone lookup.  I have called thee Renton ploice.  The Dallas police.  Done an IC3 complaint with the Texas Attorny General and this Ripoff Report.
