Shimon Zaffran TTS INCORPORATED Shimon is a scam artis not a locksmith Los Angeles California

I’m a locksmith myself working in Los Angeles area. 

My friends gave me Shimon Number because he is new to LA and he might need some work. 

I try to help him with some work to give him a chance to see if he is a good locksmith.

There was one day i was super busy with work and someone called me to arrenge a time to come in the evening to open the door for him, so i called Shimon and i told him that this person need to get in to his house and I verifyed with him that he have the right tool to open the door, shimon said yes it ok. 

I told the costumer that shimon will be there to help him and the cost will be no more that $150 maybe even less. 

The meeting was arranged to 8:15pm Shimon showed up, the customer showed him there is side door to the building and from there to theit unit, Shimon couldn’t pick the lock even tho he could call on the intercom and ask one of the tenants to open the door for him, he drilled out the side door lock to the building. 

Than he got to where the unit door, he was supposed to use a special tool to open commercial locks, instead he broke the door handle and then he drill the lock to let the customer in. 

At the whole time Shimon was rude and not professiona, he was gone for hour and a half because he didn’t know how to fix the damages he Have done. 

It was already 12:45am shimon didn’t finish to fix the damages, the costumer got upset that it took him so long and he is not done yet so they asked him to leave , Shimon demand that he will not leave until he get paid, then he gave them an invoice for $1070 just beche spend 5 hours. 

The only thing Shimon fix it was the cylinder for the lock that cost $12 and he charge the customer $280 it was part or the invoice he chargeed them $1070. 

When he got the check he told them if they want their money back they need to ask it Sean Mimon(me).

At the whole time i was a sleep and when i woke up in the morning i was shocked to see the massages from the customer complaining about the service, charges and the damages he left behind. 

I told the customer that i will be there as soon as possible and get everything fix on my own cost, i texted Shimon early in the morning not to deposit the check until we find out what’s happened with th jobhe did last night. 

Shimon already deposited the check at the night after he left the customer‘s house and I believe he did that because he knew that the customer will do stop payment on the check. 

I was very upset with Shimon because he didn’t want to fix the damages, he was rude to the customer, he took huge amout of money for the terrible service he have done and he didn’t even apologize to me or to my customer. 

Shimon is a scam artist and should not work as a locksmith anymore, I’m regretting for knowing him and regretting for give him work to try to help him.
