ShipFusion BUYER BEWARE!! Glendale Heights Illinois

ShipFusion provides e-tailers with industry leading fulfillment services across multiple warehouses in the US & Canada.  They headquarters are in Toronto, Canada.

BUT BEWARE...  When you come on board with Ship Fusion you have the chance to hook up your banking information (routing number and account numner) so that you can pay for shipping and handling fees for your orders; however, ShipFusion UNLAWFULLY took money out of my account and was NOT AUTHORIZED TO DO SO.  In fact, THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY FUNDS BACK, and issued a LACKLUSTER apology to me once I emailed them.  THEY WENT BEHIND ME BACK TO DEDUCT FUNDS.

SO, If you do not want this to happen to you, because it can, and most likely will.  DO NOT ADD YOUR BANKING INFORMATION TO YOUR DASHBOARD.  Even though I took the auto fund function off my account, I had NO idea they could go ahead and deduct funds.  When the funds were deducted, they took $500, and that was money that was NOT even needed for shipping, UNLAWFULLY DEDUCTED, and UNAUTHORIZED. I have spoken to several people within the company and have yet to have this resolved where I get all my funds back, SO here I am, warning others to BEWARE when it comes to this company.  I held this company in high regards,and also recommended to several people in  my e-commerce business community, but that is NO MORE.

YOU SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO ILLEGALLY TAKE MONEY FROM SOMEONE'S ACCOUNT AND NOT GIVE IT BACK.  I WILL BE TAKING FURTHER ACTIONS TO GET MY MONEY BACK, THIS REVIEW IS JUST THE START.
