Shiva Kumar refuses to give me a refund. He delayed the project and did a horrible job. I paid him $1,450 and he only refunded me $150. I have sent him lots of emails and he never replies. He is an awful man and a con artist. He is full of lies and false promises. He strings you along, for months and even years. Don’t do business with this man or the company Timar Timar.

What I can say,  Avoid him like the plague,  I overpaid him to complete a website project.  1450 dollars,  He fired a developer,  He delayed it by months,  never completed it.  I had close the project,  Ran out time and months,  His staff went on holiday and did other projects.  His staff would do other projects.  Whilst doing mine,  His does not answer emails or skype.  He says going give refund but delays it and lies.

This not first person he scammed or wasted him. He said give refund for months 250 dollars does not answer emails. Dont do business with this scam artist..  Sorry for poor English dyselxia
