I ordered size 12 shoes and got shoes that were far too small, marked 12. I could not even get the shoe on my foot. Another pair on the same order, also size 12, fit perfectly. Holding them up against each other, it is obvious they are not even close to the same size.

Still shoes.com kept a "restocking fee" instead of a full refund. It is not my fault they do not take the time to make sure shoe sizes are consistent from one manufacturer to another, and they have no business charging me for their own lack of quality control.

The pair that fits, I love them and wanted to order two more pairs. BUT the s****.>

shoes.com has an outdated web site, designed to make your sale just fine but fails miserably for customer service. Now that I know about their online money-capturing machine, I am not buying anything else from them. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
