WE ARE PROPERTIES OWNER IN CUTLER CAY , IT WAS TO BE SHOMA'S HIGH GRADE HOMES PROJECT. THEY HAVEN'T MEET THERE OBLIGATION, WE ARE OVER 100 OWNER FIGHTING WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES TO GET THINGS DONE, THAT HAD TO BE FINISHED BEFORE WE HAD OUR CLOSING.

THEY MADE US CLOSE THE PROPERTIES NO MATTER WHAT, SOME OF THE PROPERTIES HAD TO CLOSE WITHOUT DISHWASHER WHICH IS THE ONLY APPLIANCE NEEDED BY THE COUNTY TO GET CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. THIS PROPERTY OWNER HAD HIS CLOSING IN APRIL AND ITS THE END OF DECEMBER AND STILL IS WITHOUT HIS DISHWASHER. WHAT DO YOU CALL THIS ? THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM IS THE WORST THAT YOU CAN IMAGINE, ITS A GAME TO SEE WHOM GIVES UP FIRST. YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENTS WHICH TAKE ALL DAY, THEN HALF OF THE SUB-CONTRACTORS WILL NOT SHOW UP, THEN GETTING IN CONTACT WITH YOUR REP IS A NIGHTMARE, THEY WILL NEVER RETURN YOUR CALLS, EMAILS OR LETTERS. ONE OF THEIR WORST REP IS JULIE LORENZO.

LISTS OF PROBLEMS JUST TO NAME A FEW:BROKEN TILES,HOLLOW TILES,JACCUZZI INSTALLATIONS, ELECTRICALS, PLUMBING, WINDOWS, PAVERS, ROOF, LIGHTS ETC ETC .. THERES SO MUCH TO MENTIONS, NO ROOM TO WRITE THEM HERE. THE END PRODUCT IS VERY CHEAP FOR THE THIS TYPE OF PROPERTIES WE R TALKING HOMES WHICH HAVE 3000 SQ FT AND UP.

ALSO HAVE TO INCLUDE SECURITY AND ASSOCIATION.
WE HAVE A GUARD AT THE MAIN ENTRANCE THAT NEVER CALLS YOU TO INFORM THAT SOMEONE IS REQUESTING ENTRANCE TO YOUR HOME.SECONDLY IT IS EASIER TO ENTER THROUGH THE CONSTRUCTIONS ENTRANCE THEN ANY OTHER ENTRANCE. WE HAD OUR HOME BURLARIZED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY, WHICH IT WAS ONE OF THE SUB-CONTRACTOR PERSONEL WHOM SAW US LEAVE , EVEN THOUGH WE HAD OUR ALARM ON IT DID NOT TRIGGER SIGNAL TO CENTRAL STATION, THEY SAID THEY R NOT RESPONSIBLE, THATS HOW THEY RESPONDE TO ALL THINGS.

WE ARE PAYING FOR SERVICES THAT SHOMA HAS SELECTED THE PROVIDER, ALARM, CABLE AND SECURITY, THE WORST EVER , CHEAP SERVICES EQUAL POOR PRODUCT. WE HAVE MEET OVER 100 PROPERTIES OWNER'S AND THEY ALL HAVE THE SAME STORIES WITH SHOMA HOMES.

VERY VERY VERY POOR END PRODUCT WAS PRODUCE HERE, WHERE IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A HIGH END PRODUCT.MAKING YOU CLOSE THE PROPERTIES BEFORE HAND IF NOT THEY HIT U WITH DAILY PENALTIES..

THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING ANY PRE-CONT FROM THE WORST AND FUADELANT DELEVOPER SHOMA HOMES...

1. Guards shouldnt have to call for guests because one day they will get in trouble for it. I mean yea the rules state that the Guards have to call and may deny access but the reality of the situation is that the roads in Cutler Cay are not privately owned by the homeowner association, THE ROADS IN CUTLER CAY ARE PUBLIC ROADS!
