Waylon, you claim that Mr. Kyle doesnt have the balls to state his name, yet you go by simply 'Waylon'?! It is apparent by the detailed, (although exaggerated) personal information that you know about me and the many employees of INCatalog, that our assumptions from the first posting on this thread are trueYou are obviously an extremely disgruntled ex-employee trying to do or say whatever you can to hurt this company. Mr. John Kyle is a proud owner of INCatalog Inc. He met Jon Diamond through ShopAmerica, who purchased airtime from his company. Below is a quote from Mr. Kyle in reference to his association with ShopAmerica.

We enjoy affiliation partnerships with major TV networks such as UPN (which is owned by media heavyweight Viacom), PAX TV, Home Shopping Network, Family Net, Univision / Telefutura (the largest Hispanic TV network in the world), and Azteca America (owned by Mexicos second largest broadcast TV network). Advertisers on our television stations include McDonalds, Burger King, Ford, Toyota, Advanced Auto Parts, and Wachovia Bank... among hundreds of others.

Tiger Eye Broadcasting or I do not own Shop America Network. They negotiated subleased office space next door to us and they purchased airtime on our TV stations like any of our other programmers/advertisers. We have never been involved in their activities. Period.

The catalog industry last year represented $120Billion dollars in sales. The Home Shopping Industry only represented $15.9Billion over the same period of time. When Jon Diamond was offered the opportunity to work in a marketing field that represented 7 times the dollar per dollar results of the infomercial industry, he naturally jumped at the opportunity. As I mentioned earlier, we have no existing complaints from any of our customers. This embittered mystery poster has not been able to find any negative commentary on INCatalog and has been trying to grasp at straws to cyber smear us. I can not beleive that you say you have not been affiliated with Shop America Network. Because of your husband Jon Diamond, salesperson Joe Perez who I believe now works with Incatalog (how coincidental hmmm....it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this one out) Many people who trusted what your husband Jon Diamond said and Joe said and invested their hard earned money (Let me define hard earned money for you since you don't have a concept of that) Is it not money that you as Jon Diamond's wife now enjoy a 500K home, swimming pool, brand new bmw and last but not least your nanny.

So as you go on your cruise with your family and nanny and as you enjoy that luxurious swimming pool please know that it came from people who beleived in the lies that your husband (who owns Incatalog along with John Kyle) Two of your customers at Shop America who your husband convinced that their product was better than sliced bread and would go national and make all these millions have gone bankrupt because of your swimming pool, your nanny, your brand new cars! How can you sleep at night?? But as the good Lord say we reap what we sow. I just hope that I can witness when that day comes for you, your husband, John Kyle and the rest of the pirahannas that feed off of honest peoples dreams.

Oh and by the way why, does your corporation papers show one of John Kyle's many ex wifes as owner What he doesn't have is the balls to put his name where it belongs. May God Be With You!

My name is Doreen Diamond and I am the President of INCatalog Inc. I was notified of this slanderous posting on this Web site. INCatalog was incorporated in 2002. We have never been associated with Shop America Network, nor have I ever personally worked for Shop America Network.

I have yet to receive a complaint from any of our existing clients, so needless to say I was shocked to hear there was a negative comment on this site. I welcome whomever placed this post to contact me personally, though my impression is he/she wishes to hide behind anonimity.

While the concept of this site is beneficial as it provides customers who have been taken advantage of a source of retribution, it is unfortunate that anyone can post slanderous remarks on a site and portray them as truth.
