shop nbc is a sham their computers are not worth what they are selling them for and they lie to you about being built in silicon valley california, when I received my computer it was clearly marked "made in hong kong" and when the computer had a problem customer support was not viable long hold times, I had to pay $92.08 for return shipping for a computer that was shipped with an existing problem since that I cannot contact shopnbc over the phone I have been on hold for 1 hour and still no one to resolve this issue I believe the make the experience so difficult to maneuver through their automated system so difficult and time consuming that they want you to throw up your hands and let them keep your return shipping charges. I hope that this posting will help someone else thinking of puchasing a v-2 premier. I do not work for shop nbc and never have. and my complaint is valid.
