Shopper Discounts And Rewards (.com) Unknown and unauthorized charges to my checking account Norwalk Connecticut

After being overdrawn at the bank and forfeiting an entire paycheck to cover fees, I cashed a check and asked the teller for my current balance to make sure everything was back to par. When she told me there was only thirteen cents, I asked her for a printout.

I saw the charge for $12.00 that was taking out that morning at 5:45AM after I returned to my car to study the papers more closely. The charge seemed unfamiliar to me so I went back into the bank and the teller then saw the charge was also taken out the previous month. It is no doubt I was overdrawn, since I had no idea these charges were being taken out!

I am staying at my sister's house for the week since it's closer to work than my own house, since she is out of town for the week. I could not call this company due to the fact that my sister only has a cell phone--no house phone, and of course she had the phone with her hundreds of miles away! So I found the website for the company and sent them two emails, both of which at first apparently were received, as I received a confirmation letter from the company email system, but then shortly thereafter, were returned as "undeliverable".

Upon reading other complaints against this company, I can see how people might have been swindled into this with covert language, but as far as I can tell, I have not gone to any such site where I purchase anything...and then it asks me to sign up for anything. I wouldn't do that anyway even if it did because I don't find favor with any of those shenanigans! So I do not know how this got attached to my bank account or even when, whether it was unauthorized use of my account number by them...or by someone unknown to either them or myself.
