Shopper Discounts And Rewards took monthly payments of 7-99(16 US dollars) Internet

I found that I had been "ripped off" by Shopper Discounts and Rewards when I found that I had been paying 7 - 99 per month (about 15 US dollars monthly) since March 2007 when I had purchased flowers from Interflora via their UK website when I was on holiday in Australia and sending flowers to a seriously ill sister in UK.

In December my Mastercard had clocked-up about 80 (about 160 US dollars) to Shopdisc.co.uk without my being aware that this was other than purchases which I normally make on the Internet.

I contacted Shopper Discounts and Rewards where I had a most banal converstaion with their call centre. I threatened to take them on the Trades Description Act (or whatever!)and I was told they would be re-imbursed the December payment.

I also e-mailed Interflora in the strongest possible terms and surprise, surprise I have been completely re-imbursed all my monthly payments. I have to say that I reallly am surprised but it is a lesson to those who have been caught in this scam that they should persevere to get their monthly payments refunded.
