I was contacted by a secret shoppers line to make extra by text message. I was skeptical but wanted to read all of the information and see what it was about.  you first have to sign up for $2.95 and then after 7 days they say you will be charged $49.95 a month to get contact information to apply for secret shopper jobs. They told me I would be making money right away so it would pay for itself. Upon reading all of the information it said me that I would probably not book my first job for 3 to 6 weeks. this is not what i was told.

 So the day after they charged my card $49.95 I called for a refund. they gave my a refund number of 9500A and my cancellation # is 641FDD.  after two weeks I didn't see anything in my acct. I called and they said it would take 21 days for the refund to be back in my acct. when I ask why, they first said it was a glitch in the system and there was nothing they could do about it.

 The second operator they transferred me to said it was policy.  I inquired as to why they can take it out immediately but not put it back in. I know having a business acct it only takes 6 days to be able to get someones acct information approved to put money into their acct.

 I asked to speak to a supervisor which they didn't want to do. They also refused to tell me where they were based out of they said for security reasons they couldn't.  Shady. the supervisor said the same thing. Its out of my hands, its policy that after 21 business days you will receive your refund.

 The date they took my money out was December 1st. I called again after the 21 business days and they said, oh we are so sorry, we'll send a letter to the accounting department now.  right. Called again today, they said oh it should be in this week but I cant tell you when.

Their phone numbers are 800 880 2754 for support. that's the number I keep calling and nothing is happening. I want people to know this is a scam and that this is how they do business.
