I ordered a product for $60 for a Christmas gift on 10/3. I recieved a confirmation email stating i would recieve the item with standard shipping (7-15 days) it has been 28 days now and have not received my item. The email confirmation has an email response option if you have questions, the email comes back undeliverable. I tried googling the company and cannot find a phone number anywhere. The only way to contact them is through their website and to write a message. I have sent mutiple messages and have recieved no responses. There is no one to get speak with directly and noone to address concerns to. Simply took my money out of my account and to never be heard from again.

All I want is one: the product i ordered or two: my money back
