Purchased an order with ShopTNA.com on December 7th, 2008. There was a promotion that if you ordered before December 19th, 2008 your order would arrive before Christmas. It is now January 2nd, 2009. My order has not been received. It has not even been updated as shipped. But after checking with my credit card company. They charged my card the day I placed the order. I contacted them using their "Contact Us" page on December 24th. Gave all the important details including my order #, phone #, name, address and email. I have yet to receive any response from them.

Not only did my order not arrive before Christmas but it simply did not arrive at all. Its as if they opened a website and then left. But they make sure to charge the credit card the same day I buy the item.

I will have to contact my credit card company for a chargeback. Something I have been lucky enough to avoid, for over two years of continuous website and store, credit card purchases. They have no phone # to contact. Even my credit card bill doesn't have a phone # listed for them which is rare. Their refusal to reply. A terrible business and customer service.

I will no longer support or buy from this place in any form again. If anybody out there has had problems similiar to me, sign up and report this place. Don't let them get away with ripping you off.
