I also answered an ad thinking it would be a good opportunity. I spoke with one of the operators Donette, operator# 1369. I was charged $139. After I got off the phone I had changed my mind and had also decided to look them up in the BBB, they had an unsatisfactory record, I called back the same day to cancel, but was told I'd have to wait the 30 days, then I would be credited back, They told me to try it at least just once within the 30 days, I tried it once but found nothing of what they claimed they could do. I called again at the end of the 30 days and again requested to have my money refunded, I even sent them emails since I still had access to the account.

That was 6 months ago. Since then I have lost count the number times I have called trying to get my money back. Once when I called I asked to speak to Lenny and the operator who answered told me I couldn't speak to him, when I told I didn't want to speak to anyone else, he said he didn't want to speak to me and hung up. I called right back and spoke to Lenny anyway.

This week alone I have called 3 days in a row, I have spoken to Lenny (a supervisor), I have left messages for Roxy (some important person), and just today I left a message for Temre (general manager) (they never call back, big surprise). I keep being given the same line; "We don't know why this is happening, we sent your refund out last Monday, we don't know why you haven't received it", they claim everyone is aware of my situation because of this mixup.

I filed a complaint with the BBB, but these companies never responded to the BBB. All I want is my money back, they shouldn't be allowed to get away with this. I believe this is how they get a lot of people. They tell them they'll get their money back and then they keep feeding them a bunch of bull and eventually the person will get tired and give up. I want my money back.
