Purchase an email copy of their The Real Deal on Telecommuting: How You Can Make Money at Home! [Electronic Copy] (paid via clickbank) and then proceeded to wait for my product; however, the product never arrived.
After waiting over their recommended time period I sent several emails to this company requesting some sort of status on my order and they ignored every one of them (they also did not send a product).
At this point contacted their online credit card processing company (click bank) and both reported their actions and requested assitance for a refund.

Contacted Click Bank (the credit card service that Sienna Publishing uses) and informed them of the buisness practicess of this company. Click Bank responded by also trying to contact Sienna Publishing, requesting that they fullfill their obligation and as it turns out Sienna Publishing blew off Click Bank as well.
To conclude this story, Click Bank did me right by providing me a refund.
