These people send out approval certificates for a classic Advantage Card. According to there letter its a credit card up a value up to 10,000 with 0% interest for the first year.

They are usually sent to people trying to rebuild there credit or with no credit at all. Once you send them the money, they send the card. However the card never arrives. At 37.00 - 44.00 dollars a pop they are lining their pockets.

While everyone else is left in the cold.....If you recieve one of these letters just tear it up...
