This is what I wrote to them:

On Saturday May 5th 2012, I drove two hours (4 hours round trip) from Jacksonville to bring my daughter to this place that you all call a park. We arrive to the attendant asking for $7.00 to park (which was NOT made clear on your site) I
ask if cards were taken he says no go find an ATM and shows me the exit. I go to BB&T pay a $3.00 fee plus the $2.50 that my bank will charge to get out money to pay for parking.  I get there and the car in front of me is asking the same thing and the man says no we don't take cards but I will give you free parking!! Of course, I am livid of that blatant B.S.  We were the third people to get into the gate after paying $60.00. 

My daughter and I go on the "Mini Bullet"..we reach the bottom and plunge into dirt and leaves.  The hurricane's steps were disgusting (full of leaves, cracked walls look like they were about to tumble) I can understand why it was wet because of course, wet feet are going up the stairs.  My daughter reached the bottom and my wife had to go into the pool to get her out as the person standing there was too busy flirting with another customer.  If you all only open two days out of the week, why can't they at least clean up.  When we got there we got and the attendant was just cleaning the filthy bathroom. 

The dipping dots stand never opened (which I am sure is a private vendor).  The kiddie area had dirt all in the pool area and leaves. I have never been to a Water Park were I had to purchase a tube plus your website did NOT make me aware of this. When I attempt to speak to your employees they just give blank looks, no apologies, and shrug it off.  As if I have to take the subpar service I was receiving.  So, I take my daughter (whose birthday it was) back home disappointed. I further do not appreciate your sarcasm when dealing with this issue and if you all care so much why did it take 3 weeks to respond?  I am PISSED because I do not have $5.50 in bank fees, $50 in gas, $7 parking, $20 food, and $60 admission to waste!!! You all made my daughter's birthday a living hell!  Is this explanation suffice enough for you? thanks!

And they respond the following only after I complained to BBB (who did nothing!): Parking is paid for at all Theme Park / Water Parks. It has been a standard process for many years. The only free parking happens when you are a season pass holder. Miscellanious debris can fall from trees at times. The pools are cleaned daily and are held to state standards.  Our guards are trained to the utmost standards of care for each ride. We do visual audits on all guards around safety guidelines.
All restrooms are cleaned on a regular basis. In a water park setting the floors may be wet and may cause the appearance of not being cleaned. 

We open shops based on attendance. Dip n Dots was not open but ice cream was available at Shivers 30 feet away.You don't have to purchase tubes for the rides. Tubes can be purchased for using in the wave pool if you so choose. As far as the comment on talking to the employees this is not detailed enough to address? I'm sorry that she feels like she didn't have a good time but I don't feel that the park misrepresented in any way. No manager's were aware of this situation on this day. We will not be refunding any money. Thanks

Ridiculous, this Teriann did not even address anything that I said, she just made excuses for their service!
