Simon Parr Auctions is selling Fake Michael Jackson memorabilia. They purchased these items from Juliens Auctions. The items at Juliens were sold even after experts advised them not to. As you can see in this link Juliens is bieng investigated for what all the experts such as PSA/DNA are saying are not likely authentic. Juliens admitts they never had these items inspected for authentification, they just took someones word that they were real. Experts did not agree claiming that they would not pass any of the items sold as real. Juliens is now offering a refund on the items. Which in my opinion is pretty much admission to guilt.

Furthermore Simon Parr is offering Certification by Rare & Signed. Another company known for passing forgeries. Rare and signed has been banned for selling by online sites like ebay because they pass off known fakes as authentic.

The worst part is Simon Parr will only accept Wire Transfers as paymet. This is for the simple reason that it offers absolutely Zero Buyer protection. Meaning when they get caught selling these known forgeries the buyers will have no action to recover thier money.

When I called them out on that they told me I could pay with paypal, But the sent me a fake paypal adress which I almost made payment to. Just another very shady buisness practice.

Reliable, reputable houses offer payment such as credit/debit cards or online payment services such as paypal. These payment methods allow buyers to have protection against fraud. Wire transfers offer nothing. If this house dissapears with your money after paying or sends you known forgeries instead of authentic items as described, with a wire transfer there is no way to get your money back.

Bottom line is be carefull. Do not buy from auctions that offer you zero buyer protection like Simon Parr. These people are smart and know what the are doing. Not offering thier buyers any sort of protection allows them to sell anything they want without any accountability, even  fake signatures.

As you can see by this item they are selling, The 2 signatures do not match eachother, and niether signature matches any know authentic signature.

exactly what I would expect a scam Auction house to say

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Sunday, October 11, 2015

These people are so scummy they make up stories about buyers. There is no truth to anything they have claimed. Fact are they sell forged items and did not like getting called out for it.

MICHAEL ROSE IS A SCAMMER WHO HAS SCAMMED AUCTION HOUSES OUT OF PROPERTY.

AUTHOR: simonparrsauctionsltd - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, October 11, 2015

Michael Rose came to us as other auction houses wouldn't let him bid. His story was he had bought fake sports memorablia from other auction houses. So we felt sorry for him and let him in. He had done this with his card, and filed chargebacks. We were very suspicious of him after letting him in that we refused to allow him to use a card. He is now banned off invaluable.com for his scamming activities with all auction houses.

Michael Rose has been reported to the police.

AUTHOR: simonparrsauctionsltd - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, July 15, 2014

On behalf of simon parrs auctions.

we are not going to play Michael Roses game. He admitted tonight to stalking Juliens auctions through this system and seems to be on a war path with anyone. He made threats to come after our staff member. Michael Rose pleaded to let him bid in auction even though he had 8 payment strikes. I wasnt directly involved with letting him bid in auction. Furthermore we have learnt he has been scamming auction houses by threatening them for refunds. He has paid 50k off to auction houses. We are not aware now how much he has fraudently seeked refunds on and kept the items. We welcome paypal and card payments on customers who have built up a good reputation. 8 payment strikes and what we have learnt we are lucky to have lost out on fees.

10 payment strikes from invaluable will have been issued within a 2 month period.

This is our last comment on the subject. We will let Michael Rose who is pretending to be Debra Rose and is using a different card that doesnt match his address to get on talking to himself.

Zero Honesty

AUTHOR: ThingBuyer - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, July 15, 2014

I think its halarious they would make something up as foolish as an employee had to leave early beacause of fear. I do not threaten people, and how would I even know who I was speaking to through email if no name was given and no signature was in the email.

First off I never threatened anyone, secondly I live in the USA they are in the UK. Last I checked its a 6 hour flight minimum.

This foolish comment is just another example of how easy it is for Simon Parr to lie and make up stories. Even if they are not good ones.

More Lies by an un reputable seller

AUTHOR: ThingBuyer - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, July 15, 2014

Of coarse this seller will deny everything, What else can they do when caught and exposed. They certainaly will not admit that they are selling fakes, It is illeagal.

They told me I could make payment by paypal then sent me a fake paypal adress.

They will only take payment via wire transfer. This is the only method of payment that offers no buyer protection. There is a reason for this. And its so the can not be held accountable for anything.

They can claim all they want about me but if I were such a bad buyer then why would they allow me to bid.

Be very careful. Take a look for yourself at the examples I provided, also look at some other items in the catalouge, some are not even close,  and I am sure you will agree.

BUNCH OF LIES TOLD BY THIS PERSON.

AUTHOR: simonparrsauctionsltd - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, July 15, 2014

On behalf of Simon Parrs auctions ltd.

This person had 8 payment strikes on Invaluable and has negative feedback and has been parading as a woman on Invaluable's website. The following strikes are from the following auction houses:

Auction gallery of the palm beaches, LA gems and diamonds, and simon Parrs auctions ltd.

He has a further 2 pending payment strikes.

He has further threatened our staff staying he will be coming after them.

This person will be reported to the police if he doesn't stop his behaviour.

He purchased items then made excuse after excuse that he couldn't get to the bank to pay. Then when we asked for payment accused us off selling a fake item because it was purchased from Julien's auctions. The item in question has been verified as being genuine.

So beware the millions of customers of Julian's auctions in Beverly hills the person will not stop at harrasment, and threatening people.

Our staff member had to go home early frightened of this lunatic online.

As stated above this person will be receiving a total of 10 payment strikes and is banned from auction houses worldwide.
