Sinarms was contracted to flute 3- bolts and a barrel on March 30 2016. The work was to be completed by September 2016. It is now September 2017. Devin Sinner@Sinarms still has my bolts and barrel. He has not returned my calls or responded to my emails. I did manage to get a hold of him(he answered his phone when I called) June 20th 2017. He told me my rifle parts were misplaced in his shop, the work is done and he sent them UPS. He is a lier. Still don't have my bolts and barrel, he provided no tracking # and will not respond to emails or the 20+ voicemails left. I have filed a complaint with the South Dakota Attorney General today. I will likely file a complaint against his FFL with the BATF too. Devin Sinner is a lier and a thief. Strongly suggest not using Sinarms for custom gun work!
