Ordered the Lazerstorm on 7/1/05. Also ordered the upgrade package. Was charged twice on 7/7/05 once for $78 and then for $143. Only received the cheeper base unit.

Did not receive the upgrade package or the free steamer that was in the infomercial.

The unit worked once and then seemed worthless.
Always cleaning it and emptying out the canister. With all this the unit still left behind quite alot of dirt.

Started to try to contact customer service, no response other than an automated system that did nothing unless you wanted to buy more vacs or filters.

Sent an email to their customer service address 9/18/05 and still no response. Found a new CS number on my credit card statement 1-800-711-8357 and will be calling it on Monday.

Contacted the credit card company and am now disputing both the charges at this time.
