I bought a new car in 2010 that came with a factory installed Sirius/XM radio.  It included a free 3 month trial.  I received a promotion in the mail about subscription plans.  I wanted to find out more information on their lifetime subscription, so I called their 800 number. The first time I spoke to someone, the customer service rep told me it would cost $500 dollars.  In that subscription,  it would

include their Internet Radio that they usually charge extra monthly for.  I did not purchase it.  Then, I called back a few weeks later, and they gave me a different deal.  The other deal would allow me to Transfer my service up to 3 times to another radio, I paid the $500.  I purchased a new vehicle

in 2012 that had they same factory Sirius/XM radio as my 2010.  I called them a few times before I purchased my new car, they told me about a $75 transfer fee in which I did not remeber that being stated originally.  Being a big company like Sirius, I waited till after I got the new car to dispute the

transfer fee.  When I called on April 5, 2012, not only did they not address the transfer fee but they also did not tell me they could not transfer my service to a Factory Installed Car Radio.  I expressed how it makes sense that I would be offered a lifetime subscription that I could transfer up to 3 times for a Vehicle and not be able to transfer it to another Vehicle.  The Sirius customer service rep told me that the system would not allow her to do it. She also told me that the terms were given when I purchased the plan.  I was not given terms nor was I informed of that stipulation. If I were told that, I would have never gotten it.  I specifically got it because I could transfer it, why would I pay $500 for less than 2 years.  The rep kept repeating herself and refused to connect me to a supervisor or someone that could handle my problem.  She informed me that no one can do anything about it.  I was trying everything and finally asked if they have the recordings from all the times I called.  They told me they did and it would take a few  days, someone would contact me.  They are not conducting their business with honesty and I am so angry that they are getting away with this.
