SIXT faulty battery fort lauderdale Florida

After attempting to start the engine of the volvo I have had for several days I realized the car needed a jumpstart. I needed to drive from Miami to Fort Lauderdale to return the car and then go to the airport to take an international flight.

When I callef the 1-800 line I spoke to a guy named Oscar who HUNG UP on me 3 times before ordering his accomplice mechanic to stop by and check the car. Mr Oscar made fun of my accent, patronized me and was completly unhelpful and rude. The mechanic called my cell before to confirm if indeed he needed to go. Eddy (his name) asked me what was wrong with the car and when I said I wasnt sure he repeated after me "you are not sure?"

I lost my flight and needed to pay 75 bucks for rebooking plus 75 more for a taxi from miami to fort lauderdale so my family could at least catch our flight. I lost 4 hrs in the airport becaus of this faulty battery. I also needed to pay extra at the parking lit ehile I waited for the car to get fixed. Ad I needed to fillup the tank I asked Oscar if they could cut me some slack so I could try to catch my flight but the answer wad not. I begged the mechanic Eddy for gas (he had) to no avail. 

When I arrived at Sixt offices with the car and attempted to talk to a manager I was told they "heard" about my case but nobody was able to talk to me at this point. I was given a number to call later snd told "havea nice flight"  After reporting the in incident by email nothing happened. Nobody called me or email me
