I originally heard about size911.come through a radio ad on a local station. I figured "what the hell" and ordered a bottle. In all honesty, I was more interested in the testosterone boost for workouts and the "size increase" was only going to be an added benefit. I placed an order for one bottle on Wednesday, June 19th. There was also a promotion running where you are supposed to receive a free bottle with any order. I live less than an hour from their headquarters where the deliveries are made in Cleveland. The website promises 2-4 day shipping.

Five days after placing my order (with no shipment received yet) I attempted to login to the website to file a complaint (really I just wanted to make sure the order shipped, I wasn't mad about it taking an extra day or two because of the weekend). They have a complicated and difficult to use system on their website to contact them about anything. Fortunately (?) I didn't have to use it because the account I made when I first placed my order apparently didn't exist anymore. I did manage to contact a representatitve through an automatic reply email that I received when I placed my order.

The person that handles all customer complaints or contact is a "Scott" from Mizzo Media. Mizzo Media is an external marketing company for web-based companies. He replied to me saying that "the order has already been mailed out, give it a few more days." A few more days on an already 5 day old order. So I'm looking at 8 days on a promised 2-4 day ship time.

On the evening of day 8 (after any packages may have arrived) I emailed "Scott" again, this time asking for a tracking number, as well as calling him out on not being part of the company, asking for someone who actually works for the company. He replied the next day saying that they have been getting multiple complaints about extended shipping times on products. He told me that he spoke directly to the owner and that because of the shipping times they are going to use a new service. He also said to wait until Monday (the 30th), and that he forwarded my email to the owner of the company and to several other staff members and that if I hadn't received my order by Monday, they would remedy it immediately.

On the evening of July 1st (now 14-15 days after initial order) I emailed Scott again, asking to speak to someone within the company. I also mentioned possibly receiving an extra bottle or something instead of a refund. He replied the next day saying exactly "I have spoken with the owner, Steve, about 3 minutes ago. He will personally be shipping the bottles to you today."

8 days later on the 10th (a full three weeks after placing my initial order, and 8 days after "the owner personally shipped my order") I emailed him again. I asked what was going on, mentioned a refund, etc. He replied the next day saying that USPS made a shipping error on their orders and that their scale was off. He said the original shipment and my re-shipment were both delayed because of this and that they had rectified the error and that I would be receiving both my shipments shortly.

On July 15th I received one single bottle of the product. Only 26 days after I placed my "2-4 day shipped" order. I did not received the extra bottle for the promotion. I did not receive the extra shipment, which should have been two bottles if it was intended to be a re-ship of the original. So I had to wait nearly a month for the shipment and got essentially shorted 3 bottles. I decided to just use the product and see how things went. After using it for a couple weeks I found the "size" results to be completely unfavorable but the testosterone boosts for my workouts was moderately ok. I emailed Scott on August 3rd re-explaining my entire situation with everything that happened (even though he was the one I was corresponding with the whole time). I asked to at least possibly get one of the other bottles I was supposed to receive, for the trouble. I told him that I would like to, despite the troubles, become a reoccuring customer.

He never replied.

Avoid this website and company like the plague. They will feed you with multiple lies and excuses and do nothing to rectify problems. It is unfortunate that it came to this but I hope my report will help educate future future potential consumers about the risk of ordering from size911.com or any other company managed by Mizzo Media.
